Mind, Body Detox

BODY DETOX

What are toxins? Toxins are harmful substances that are derived from food, water, cleaning products, and other environmental sources that we are exposed to regularly. The most common types of toxins we all encounter come from: poor diets and poor digestion, undigested food that ferments in the digestive tract and creates an acidic environment in the body, tobacco, medications, drugs, alcohol. There are also environmental toxins like air and water pollution, pesticides, smoke, animal and insect bites, and much more... electromagnetic frequency and radiation ~ primarily from appliances and gadgets such as microwaves, cell phones, computers, wireless internet, TVs...

An accumulation of toxins may become poisonous in the human body, which may lead to potential damage to vital organs and systems.

Internally, autointoxication is process where the toxins are produced by your own body as a result of poor digestion and elimination.

A toxic body may manifest a variety of signs and symptoms:

1    Skin problems (rashes, acne, etc.)

    2    Food and scent intolerances

3    Constipation, diarrhea and other digestive issues

    4    Frequent colds and viruses

    5    Unexplained headaches

    6    Lower back pain

    7    General aches and pains

    8    Fatigue and low energy

9    Inability to feel rested after sleep

    10    Compromised resistance to infections

    11    Inability to lose weight

    12    Fuzzy thinking

The body neutralizes or eliminates toxins via the liver, kidneys, intestines, skin, and lungs. The toxins that the body is unable to eliminate are usually stored in fat tissues and bone. The elimination of waste targeted in many detoxification programs often results in the improvement of weight loss and medical conditions, such as obesity, arthritis, eczema, digestive disorders, and depression.

MIND DETOX

Did you know that negative thoughts and emotions, whether they are work-related or personal, have been shown to be toxic to our bodies if they persist long enough? They can develop into significant sources of stress which is the number one root cause of illnesses. This toxic burden is an inescapable part of modern life – and we know that can be very frustrating! But being aware of toxins in our own bodies can give us all an opportunity to fight and reduce them proactively.

Our mind is a very powerful part of us. The mind has a direct effect on our emotions and wellbeing in general. The mind releases different chemicals into our body depending on how we feel and think. The subconscious mind is responsible for all our behavior and habits. The subconscious mind can either help you move forward or get you stuck in the past. Detoxing the mind on a physical level is a very valuable and important process that gives amazing results.

Mind & Body connection is vital in detoxing the mind. Reclaiming power and control of the mind is only possible when we declutter and let go of our emotional baggage. Lubov, Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified Wellness Coach, is using different techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to reprogram your mind for ultimate success.
